Big Table Ranch Events

Private Event Use, What’s Included:

  • Private Use of Ranch with 12 acres of meadows, pools (traditional swimming pool and spring-fed cistern) and hiking trails
  • Guest House: 5 bedroom home, 3.5 bath, large center area, sleeps up to 21 for 3 nights
  • Tables and chairs (DIY setup)
    • We have available 160 chairs, 21 8x2.5ft tables, 8 6x2.5ft tables
  • Setup, maintenance & breakdown of garbage, recycling & compost
  • Signage & sandwich boards for your personalization (DIY setup)
  • Use of custom rustic bar and ice bin
  • BYOB option
  • Planning assistance pre event and during your event


Multi-Day Wedding Events include all of the above as well as:

  • Wedding Ceremony and Reception Area (Big House)  
  • Day of Ceremony- up to 150 people
  • Ceremony dressing area in Big House
  • Includes semi-commercial kitchen- insured caterer required
  • Parking attendant for ceremony (2 hr time block)
  • Temporary outdoor bathrooms for day of event. Single indoor (ADA) bathroom for wedding party.
  • Insurance


What you supply/are responsible for:

  • Decorations- flower arrangements, tablecovers, lighting, etc.
  • Menus
  • Plates/utensils/napkins/cups/glassware (biodegradable greenware or reuseable)
  • Bar supplies, ice, coffee/tea (No corkage fee). Liability Insurance required for BYOB.
  • Insured caterer if cooking on site
  • Kitchen cleaning by caterer
  • Sound equipment, dj’s, bands, microphones…
  • On site coordinator
  • Initial cleaning of event space at end of event


Other Options (write us for details):

  • Assistant for setup/lighting/structural help etc. 
  • Full Bar (Beer/Wine/Top Shelf/Non Alc/Coffee and Tea/Ice) - $25 per adult on the day of event (5 hr block)
  • Canopy rental 
  • Catering equipment rental
  • Pool parties (requires additional temporary bathrooms)
  • Sound system rental (with approved sound tech)


Additional Information:

  • You may cook onsite for small events or use a food vendor.  Outside caterers must show proof of insurance.
  • No camping fires allowed between May 1 - October 31. All cooking must be done in approved area
  • Amplified sound is allowed indoors until midnight and outdoors until 10pm.
